Welcome to Bulldogfood, tales from the belly of a up-and-coming foodie girl at Yale. Now that I’ve moved off campus and into a little old four-bedroom house, I’m learning the ropes of my new kitchen… at least, when I have the time. This blog will chronicle house meals, food shopping adventures, and my snail-like progress through “Things to Cook,” an enormouse list of ideas and recipes I compiled over two long years of dorm life.
Since I am a student of things culinary as well as collegiate, I’d love for all you readers to leave advice in the comments. I’m just starting out, after all, and to be honest I don’t really know what I’m doing. Do you have a better way to cook the dish I just attempted? Was I wrong about the name of the weird sauce I bought at the Asian market? Please let me know!
Chow wow wow,
Bone appetit,
I promise not to make any dog jokes,
Sarah
Sorry… obnoxious question but… how does one obtain a Bon Jovi tea pot? My mother must know… and I have been put in charge of finding out.
I found your blog through the post about you on Serious Eats. I like what you have so far. I can tell from your entry about the Lime Cooler cookies that you have a lot of fun in the kitchen! =)
Anyway, keep up the good work. I’ll be sure to check back often.
